This renovation extended the small 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom house into a large open space with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This consisted of extending the kitchen out and extruding the walls to create a large double-height entertaining space that steps out onto a large deck space. The second storey was added to create an upstairs bedroom area that holds a balcony that looks onto the valley. The interior of all rooms were completely renovated and fitted out to create a coastal style finish.

This 1 bedroom unit in the heart of the Sydney CBD has been completely remodelled. Work included laying limestone tiles, installation of the new kitchen, new bathroom, lighting and paint to create a luxurious retreat for the new owners.

Lower Plateau Road

This renovation extended the rear of the home adding a new kitchen/dining/living area, outdoor entertaining deck and new bedroom on the top level, all taking advantage of the expansive Pittwater views to the west. The exterior was reclad, a new roof was added along with commercial windows.

Wollombi and Monterey Roads

Doug has renovated four homes in these Bilgola streets, all referrals from friends of friends, attesting to the quality of his work and his level of customer care. In Wollombi Road there was an extension of the entertaining area and front patio while creating a double garage. New windows were installed and the home rendered and painted. Monterey road had an addition of a top storey with adults retreat opening onto the upper level deck, new study, bathroom and toilet. The exterior was claded, reroofed and new windows were installed.
